Hi Jeff,

Similar to Michelle, the last sentences I highlighted reminded me of a book (that I, literally, finished today) called “Open Secret” by Wei Wu Wei.

“Until an identified subject (person) knows what he is, he cannot be expected to realise what he is not.”

Thankfully we don’t need to ‘do’ anything or ‘learn’ anything to find this out:

“If you can’t find it by looking — don’t look, if you can’t find it by thinking — don’t think It is where there is no looking and no thinking.”

I believe clearing the mind while running is the perfect combination to not-search for the unsearchable while we non-volitionally live what can’t be labeled.
