Getting the right nutrition and sleep are often more important than exercise in the pursuit of ‘health,’ a fact that most of us (runners or not) don’t like to admit. When we imaging trying to push our system when it isn’t being fueled the right way, we can better realize that we’ll be doing more damage than good?
